Common questions
Is there a minimum contract?
Care plans run for 12 months, then month to month with 3 months' notice. Project work has no ongoing commitment.
What counts as a "small change"?
Text edits, swapping images, adding a team member or a new service page, updating opening hours or prices — anything under about 30 minutes.
Do I own the website?
Yes. On full payment you receive the rights to use the site for your business, and you can export the content at any time.
Can I host it somewhere else?
You can. We recommend our care plan so we can guarantee performance and security, but you are not locked in.
